It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Price: This service is FREE of charge for all orders when you spend over £75 to anywhere in Europe. For orders under £75 there is a delivery charge of £9.99 regardless of how many items you order.

If you are not available to accept the parcel at the time of delivery your postman may either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or if not will they take the parcel back to your local sorting office for you to go and collect. If you do not collect the parcel after 30 days it will be returned to sender. Please allow 20 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.

Information about the service: This is a tracked and signed for service. We aim to despatch all orders placed by 4:30pm the same day. 95% of deliveries for this service arrive within 3 working days (excluding the day of despatch) but are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery so please choose a shipping address where an authorised signatory is available to sign for the parcel all day. If no one is available to sign for the parcel the courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour, try to re-deliver the parcel later in the day, if not, they will take the parcel back to the depot. They will make 3 attempts to deliver the parcel before returning to sender. Please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us regarding your parcel not arriving.

We reserve the right to send your order in multiple parcels, should we not be able to send your order in one parcel due to Royal Mail and Courier restrictions on weight and parcel size.

For all international services we are held to size and weight restrictions put in place by the Royal Mail and Couriers. If once your order has been packed, your parcel exceeds these restrictions and we are unable to send your parcel by the chosen method, we will contact you as soon as possible with your alternative delivery options. In this instance additional costs may be incurred and if this is not acceptable you are welcome to cancel your order. Free delivery services only apply to orders which can be sent via Royal Mail.
